ApexDrive Refund & Return Policy
At ApexDrive, we want to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your premium car gear. Because we ship locally within South Africa, resolving any issues is quick and straightforward.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original, unopened packaging.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the courier return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
2. Damaged or Defective Items (Our Guarantee)
If your item arrives damaged, or if a digital product (like our chargers or tyre inflators) has a manufacturing defect, we will fix it immediately.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at

If the item is confirmed defective, we will arrange a collection and send you a brand-new replacement or issue a full refund at zero extra cost to you.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (via PayFast/Yoco) within 3β5 business days.
